The renter and additional drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid ID/passport and a driving license valid for at least one year, valid for Bulgaria. The rented car can only be driven by individuals listed in the contract and authorized by the company.

The car is provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If the car is returned with less than a full tank, the difference is charged at €2.52 per liter.

During the reservation process, you can indicate that you intend to visit another country by specifying the country in the comments.

Within 1 business day of making a reservation, you will receive confirmation from the Reservation Department, and the status of your reservation in your account will change from 'Awaiting approval' to 'Confirmed'.

The deposit will be released immediately after the car is checked upon its return. Upon receiving the authorization cancellation note, we have no claims to the amount. If you have any questions, you need to contact your servicing bank.

You can drive with a license issued in another country. You must have regular and valid personal documents: passport/ID card and a driver's license. If you have a driver's license issued by a country that is NOT a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Swiss Confederation, you must provide an international driver's license or a legalized translation of the original driver's license (the original driver's license must always be provided as well) and fill out a declaration form at our office upon rental.

In the event of an incident, it is mandatory to call the contact phone number provided in the rental agreement, as well as dial 112 to inform the relevant authorities (Police).
